At 20 weeks pregnant, Natasha stepped on the scale and saw 200 pounds staring back at her—the highest number she had ever seen. 

And she still had the rest of the pregnancy to go. By the time her third child, Claire, was born, she weighed 234 pounds—100 pounds heavier than she had ever been. For the first time, she wasn’t just worried about losing weight. She was tired of dieting altogether.

So she asked herself, "Would she spend the rest of her life chasing the fastest way to lose weight, only to keep regaining it?"

For years, Natasha Pehrson lost and regained the same 50 pounds—four different times.

Every time a diet worked, she thought this is it. Every time the weight came back, she felt like she had failed. Then she hit her breaking point.

She chose the second option. Because she had proof that the first one never worked.

She focused on small, sustainable habits instead of extreme plans. She learned how to balance food, movement, and real life without feeling like she was either “on” or “off” a plan. And in the process, she lost 100 pounds—without ever following another diet again.
